This helpdesk is for internal Smartcom Telephone and Superior Alarms staff. Use this system to submit and track IT support requests.
Common requests include Computer Issues, Networking Issues, Phone Issues, and Other internal issues such as user changes, access requests, or application problems.
When you open a ticket, choose the closest type:
- Computer Issues – slow PC, login problems, software installs, printing, errors
- Networking Issues – no internet, VPN problems, shared drives, internal apps
- Phone Issues – desk phones, voicemail, call routing, ring groups
- Other Issues – new users, terminations, access changes, moves/adds/changes, “how do I…?”
